  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    We strive to ship every order within 24 hours (Monday Thru Friday). We’ll send you an email just as soon as your order ships and you can track it each and every day until it arrives. We know you’ll be excited to receive it!

  • How much does shipping cost?

    We know you didn’t come to our web site to pay for shipping, so we’ve decided that shipping is always FREE in the USA!

  • Can I order a product that is out of stock?

    No. We don’t want to keep you waiting for your purchase. In the rare case that something is out of stock, we hope you’ll find an alternate color that suits your needs!

  • QuestionCan I ship to a different address?

    Absolutely! You can ship it to your favorite Aunt Petunia’s house, or even your work address! As long as it’s somewhere you can get it, we’re both happy!

  • Can I send an order as a gift?

    Most definitely. Our products make great gifts! If you would like to ship it directly to the lucky person receiving your gift, please add their address as the shipping address. We won’t notify them of your gift because we hate to ruin a great surprise. We’ll leave that up to you!

  • What is the status of my order?

    We know it’s hard to wait, so we won’t make you. We’ll send status updates along the way. You’ll know exactly when your item ships and when it will arrive.

  • Can I create my own design?

    No. The robots in our warehouse only have access to the thousands of designs that are currently on our web site. We haven’t programmed them to offer any personalization or custom designs. They’re just robots.

  • What do I do if my order is damaged or lost?

    We know that it is standard practice for the post office to treat each package as if they were transporting Cinderella’s glass slipper – but in the rare instance that they forget, don’t worry! We’ve got you covered. Please let us know and we’ll get a replacement shipped ASAP!

  • What if I do not like my order?

    This won’t happen. But we’ve heard that sometimes people don’t like relaxing on the beach with adorable puppies either, so we’ve got your back! Your satisfaction is guaranteed – even if that means receiving a refund or a replacement. We’re not happy until you’re happy. We’re a bit obsessive that way.

  • What if I make a mistake on my order?

    Although we don’t believe you would make a mistake, we understand. We made one once, and it was terrible. We’re still trying to figure out why no one would buy our wooden blankets. If you made a mistake, let us know! We’ll get it corrected for you – even if we have already shipped out the mistake. Mistakes happen, bad customer service won’t.
